Discussion about
Did anyone else's saved data (buildings, searches, listings etc.) disappear with the introduction of Streeteasy Folders? Please tell me that this is either temporary or I have no idea how to work "folders"

No, it's all still there - click on "my" and then "saved" and it should all be there. I do like the new format - I think it'll make things easier.

It's not working properly. You can still access missing stuff through the searches in your emails, assuming you're subscribed to emails.

Glad to hear it's not working properly. I was about to cancel my membership. Shall we go back to square one and try this again? :)

I like most of it...what's missing, the "add to open house" quick tab button.
THis was most convenient.
Now the only tab button is "add to calendar" making me go to microsoft outlook calendar!
I hate this.

So under this new system it is absolutely impossible to see what apartments are for sale/lease in a particular building? Or is there something I'm missing?

Click on "MY". Once in, click on "My Page" on bottom left hand side

OK....I am taking a deep breath right now....have been looking for an apartment for about six months - visited about 40 - and had them all saved under "Visited" ... ones I was interested in were in "Not Visited"....I am a paid member and this was my way of keeping track of my search...everything is now gone....PLEASE tell me I am looking at this wrong...the only things that mapped over were my saved searches....

eastsideaptsearch-- don't fear, all of your saved items are still around, but they've been moved to your "Folders". If you click on the link to Folders at the top of the site, you'll see your most recently opened folder, and clicking on the icon just to the left of the title will show you all of the other lists you have created which have been converted with our new system. It'll really help you organize your search better--check out streeteasy.com/go/folders or send us an email at support@streeteasy.com if you're having any other specific issues.

I still don't see my Saved Sales -- that Folder/tab is empty.

OK, found it now, but not sure how. Hopefully, it will default to my saved sales.

Thanks, new2RE, but that didn't work either. Still a blank page.

I was just able to locate mine, but the process was counterintuitive. By clicking on "Folders" at the top of the page you default to "New Folder". In this folder I have nothing listed. Now once I click on the icon to the left of new folder, a drop down menu appears with "Saved Sales" and "Saved Buildings". If I click on one of those it gives me my old saved info, but if I click on saved sales, it says my saved buildings is zero and if I click on building it says my saved sales is sero. Confusing for sure.

ahhh! yes. click the little icon of a folder with the inverted triangle in it. That is where I found my list of folders.

I just managed to find my saved listings.

Frustratingly, the detailed pricing history (previous sale price and its date, price increases and their dates, price decreases and their dates) normally available with each listing BEYOND the most recent price change no longer appears. Are you having the same problem? Do you know how to get this information, maybe through another "inverted triangle" path? Thank you.

I ask again, Streeteasy...Is it no longer possible to save a building and see what apartments are available in that building? If so, how do I do that?

I lost all my saved listings. The latest changes made on this website are horrendous, the navigation is just impossible.

I thought so too, they are still there.
There are just more categories.
Go to "my activity"
Here my page is empty because its been a while and all my saves are no longer on the market.
Change the drop down menu from On-market only to Off-market only.
