MIce? Crappy buildings? HELLO! It's WILLIAMSBURG! Anyone foolish enough to pay $4K/month to live in the armpit of the city gets what they deserve. Duh.

That's a little harsh to arm pits...don't you think?
and if it was the arm pit of New York then the problem could be solved with a healthy dose of an industrial anti- perspirent.
