11 days? Sting has had erections longer than that. Oooooopppsss WTF is going on with this building? Every unit that goes in 'contract' gets projectile vomited back up.

Definitely out of my range but it doesn't strike me as excessively expensive considering the size and location.
Weren't you looking for something like that W67th?

Sledge indeed, it fits my criteria of
1) not being in lic;
2) not being on 60th and 1st;
3) not needing any negotiations (the mkt keeps negotiating for me);
Hilarious 3bdrm on cpw in low 90's for $1.2mm, I'd guess current market. What's funny is that bf all is said and done, it's trade regularly for below $900k. Flmaoz..... 2009 was NOT the bottom.
