new2RE, you must be new2StreetEasy, too. There is some great information on this sight & some wonderful people but there are a lot of morons as well, more lately for some reason, so you just have to take the good & try to ignore the nonsense.

Streeteasy boards are only for a small fraternity of people. If you don't conform quickly, you will be hounded and scorned: If you are a broker, you will be cursed. If you are a seller, you will be called greedy. If you are a buyer, you will be called a lemming. If you are just here not to buy or sell, but only to curse buyers, sellers and brokers, you may be able to join the fraternity so long as you post frequently enough during the daytime (hint: helps to be out of the workforce).
