Great layout for a post-college share.

Bedrooms are definitely on the small side. Con. The apt is approximately 2,200 sq ft interior and about 1,000 exterior. Monthlies+taxes are about $4,300. What about the building? Amenities? In good condition? The block/neighborhood? Anyone know the actual apt? I have to assume being on PH with the multiple exposures has to add to maintenance costs over time.
