Discussion about 3 Lincoln Center at 160 West 66th Street in Lincoln Square

volume on the offer is growing while there are 3 unsold corner 2brs around 2.3M, 51E came up at 2.95M only 14 floors higher. maybe it s got golden floors or picassos on the walls

Several units are owned for rental business. Be forewarned of apartment 51F. The owner is well known for accusing, bullying her tenants of damaging the decades old furnishings/appliances for the purpose of withholding their security deposits. You will not get your security deposit back.

52F, for sale one floor up, also has the original 1991 everything. It lasts forever, but you do have to use a screwdriver on the cabinet hinges once in a while, so the doors don't droop.

I was in an apartment on the 45th floor that had 10 foot ceilings. But an apartment on a lower floor only had 9 foot ceilings. Is the 45th floor an anomaly? Or are there higher ceilings on the higher floors?
