Discussion about 101 West 81st Street in Upper West Side
does anyone know anything about the construction quality of this building.. i'm considering buying an apt and i'd like to know how soundproofed the walls and floors are, given the age of the building. i'm aware it was turned into a coop in the 1980s, but the building dates back to late 19th century... for example, was concrete used to build the structure. thanks.
