Discussion about 30 East 37th Street in Murray Hill
Lot of units in this building show 2007 sales at very low prices -- whats up with that? Otherwise sounds like a good building. Any insights from someone who has lived / invested there?

Those were the sponsor transferring ownership of unsold units to a related LLC. The units most likely have RS tenants.

Thanks, yes, the listed units I looked up all had tennants in them. Whats RS? I just started looking, so sorry if I don't some of the obvious acronyms.

Rent Stabilized. I.e., tenants who chose not to buy when the building converted.
