This building is very difficult to obtain mortgages in. New Mortgage rules will not allow major banks to lend in condos with 65% renters

I love the bathroom with the windows by the tub. Neat-o on those snowy NYC winter days.

Citi recently wrote a small (27% LTV) mortgage on #1D. So the building isn't completely blackballed, but the downpayment requirements do appear quite stiff.
