The plagiarism in that foreclosure-support.com link is pretty shameless. Here's Josh Barbanel's original article in the Times:
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/04/realestate/04deal3.html

The article is copied almost verbatim, without attribution. But note how the thief rephrased each sentence slightly to avoid detection by search engines. For example, his passage from the original:

"At first glance, it would seem that the 1,837-square-foot seven-room apartment was a bargain. It has 10 ½-foot ceilings, a formal living room, a dining room and three bedrooms.... But it turns out that the apartment is not what it seems. Apartment 9D has been occupied by tenants protected by state rent regulations since the building was converted to a condo in 1986. The fact that these tenants can’t be evicted undermines the value of the apartments."

Becomes:
"At first glance, the apartment with 1,837 square feet seems to be a bargain. It has a dining room, formal living room and three bedrooms. However, the apartment has been lived in by tenants who are protected by rent regulations in New York when it was converted into a condominium in 1986. The value of the apartment was undermined because the tenants could not be evicted."
