It looks ok but there is noithing old yet after 1 year on htre market. Its not yet the freatest hood in Bklyn but if the subwayis coe Ihave clients pre-approved 1A the least expensive is 600 sf and 339 then they fo to 389 larger and better vus.Another new Bklyn Development dont you think thrtr wilk be too much newih houseing in Bklyn it wil be as crowed as NYC if this continues

Maybe the building should lower its price for the first 5 its not getting attention
