Real estate things to be thankful for

Dog's rock!

1. The longer an apartment sits on the market, the higher the chance the listing price will drop.

2. Brokers can negotiate with a seller on my behalf and the seller will pay my broker's fee (although from the purchase price that I supply).

3. Dogs are the greatest and other noises from neighboring apartments (music, etc.) can be just as annoying.

As long as the apartment isn't "a dog!"
