Of course, when you look at what people think the value of their home is - the zillow studies come to mind - they are off their rockers.

That's funny. I don't know ONE person in the hunter's point LIC area that works in the Citibank building.
Everyone that i know works in Midtown.

That's funny. I don't know ONE person who works in the Citibank building in LIC who's willing to live in LIC. Everyone I know lives in Manhattan.

Many who live in LIC think it's "cool" to live at walking distance from an historic nab....
