Discussion about 244 East 62nd Street
I'm still very new to this process...this is a question for a more well-versed participant of this blog --- this townhouse seems relatively inexpensive considering the space, the location, nice floor plan, decent outdoor space etc. Seller appears to be losing money at these levels (if the price history is correct). What am I missing?!?!?

I'd check contruction and tunnel boring blue prints for the second ave subway planned
