I saw this place on October 13th -- the price had dropped to $2800. But it's not worth it. It's on the 3rd floor of a building with a deli at street level -- that means roaches, rats, and you name it. It's _exactly_ at the corner of Flatbush and Prospect (Park Slope side) -- that means LOTS of street noise. And it was dirty dirty dirty. The fridge was AT LEAST 30 years old and probably more like 35 years. For 2800 or 2900 the landlord needs to do better. The bathroom also was filthy -- hairs in the tub, etc.
