Sept/Oct/Nov Sales Contracts Signed

When you are looking for an apartment, you tend to focus on your own submarket and it can be difficult to get a sense of how the entire NYC real estate market is doing at this time. My sense is that there is definite buyer interest, but I wonder if prices have reached a level at which buyers are comfortable or if both buyers and sellers are waiting until the Spring. In my own submarket, I see a slight upward movement in prices.
