If anyone is interested, here are the official stress test results for Irish Banks dated July 23, 2010. Needless to say, they passed with flying colors: http://centralbank.ie/frame_main.asp?pg=nws_article.asp%3FID%3D533&nv=nws_nav.asp Will someone please get fired over this?

s&p just lowered Ireland's debt rating. Call me old fashioned, but shouldn't the rating indicate future risk, and not past risk?
