These apartments look lovely, but who can afford these carrying charges?! What happens when the tax abatement is over? Your monthly charges go up to $2500 a month...plus whatever mortgage you might be carrying?

I agree the charge are simply insane. Anyone knows why these charges are above the 700-800k that one would expect? is this a 99y lease : is there some air rights issues?

Something fishy about it. And most common charges and maintenances will go up in the next year. It makes absolutely no sense to buy there with those common charges.

They've lowered the common charges significantly. Right now it's down to about $1 per sf. Still high, but the level of amenities is pretty good, too.
