Seeking 2BR 2BA Condo in UES

We've been looking for a couple months, and have run out of things to look at! A member kindly suggested that I reach out to members here... So here's what we're looking for: 2BR 2BA CONDO 1250+ sq ft UES location (Obviously lower numbers better. Not York or East End) Good windows, light, and view Doorman building with gym Low common charges Nice finishes Our budget is $1.2-$1.25MM. But we will not pay more than comp in the same building. Anyone have anything we might be interested? Please let me know! Thanks!!

Take a look at 240 E 47 #20E - it is renovated, corner 2bd/2ba with lots of large windows, SE exposure for excellent light and it has some of the best views in town (both East river and Chrysler/Empire State buildings) and well priced at 1.2m
