Does any one know about restrictions on a commercial condos? Can one live in one? I have seen some being marketed as live/work. What is the distinction between live/work or purely commercial? Thanks.

Can't say for sure without knowing building + zoning + condo declaration contents, but most likely there are zoning +/or C of O issues preventing residential living.
