This apartment is awesome! I just wish I had the cash to buy it. I heard the seller is off to Cali and is selling it at a discount!

It's a shitbox at $569K. Look at 2N, identical floorplan, with a good kitchen, unable to unload at $579K.

The peak for the N and J lines was $530K in 2007.
