I go away for a few days, and all is falling apart here. How could someone not have posted this article about one "Vitaly Borker"? it really says something when w67 is rendered almost speechless

A little side-note: When Vitaly bought his house in 2005, ACRIS scanned his form NYC-RPT, complete with his and the seller's Social Security numbers. Maybe an on-the-ball victim is making hay with it already.
