This should be useful to people who are faced with tipping in a building for the first time or have come from a different part of the country, but after that I found it weak. It would've been nice to see if tips were different based on building location or if staff in a luxury building got bigger tips vs non-luxury. Lastly the supers who basically run the pre-war five story building are an interesting topic in themselves that wasn't addressed. Would be interesting to see if Easy Street posters could improve upon the brick piece.

"rs, you're a sad, sad nasty little person"

Right, he did not even read it. yes, the have a sub-catagory JUST for what he asked for, as aboutready points out.

This is just like that filmed footage where McCarthy REALLY starts foaming at the mouth, talking about all the names he has in his folder, while refusing to share any evidence thereof with the rest of Congress, and then you see the lightbulbs go off in the heads of many of them, and they close up their attaches, get up, and walk out on him.

RS is Joe McCarthy; LICcomm is Charlie McCarthy.

or the wizard in oz.

rs, you're so passive aggressive it's sick. you post a half-thought-out lame-ass response (and I'm giving you a lot of credit here for thought) to a post from the website where you well know I write, and you're surprised I respond?

if you're going to attack like a pansy, well, maybe at least your info should be correct.

Call me sad too, RS, because I also feel the need to chime in after your posts -- 'cause they're stupid and irrelevant. I likewise step on cockroaches when I see them, fan bad fart odors and try to deal with other offenses to nature and man.
