Fluffing skills need work, not even a quarter chubby

Facade was recently redone at a cost of about $1.5mil... but there is costly assessment to cover it. About $120-200 on top of maintenance depending on the size of the apt. Most apts in this bldg are studios or small 1 bedrooms. The managing agent said the length of the assessment was 'indefinite'. So the monthlies, if you include the never ending assessment, are close to $3 a sq ft. No doorman. No maid service. They are hoping the rent from the new Cole Miller tapas/wine bar will allow them to reduce/eliminate the assessment. There is also a roof deck but it isn't open yet.
