ACCO, the Alliance of Condo & Co-op Owners, is pleased to announce the next events in its series of educational forums for co-op shareholders & condominium owners. The forums will consist of presentations by expert panelists, discussing the role of the co-op/condo Board, the role of the managing agent, & the rights of owners/shareholders. They will be followed by a moderated question & answer session. Admission is free, & all interested shareholders & owners are encouraged to attend. On Monday, December 6th, NY City Council Member Daniel Dromm & NY State Senator José Peralta will host a Co-op/Condo Forum in Queens, at the Jewish Center of Jackson Heights, 37-06 77th Street, from 7-9:00 p.m. On Wednesday, January 19th, NY City Council Member Mark Weprin will host a Co-op/Condo Forum at PS 186 in Bellerose, located at 252-12 72nd Avenue, from 7-9:00 p.m. Mr. Weprin is also founder & chair of the NY City Council Caucus on Cooperative and Condominium Housing. More forums will follow, in a wide variety of locations.
