(Listing at 3131 Grand Concourse and E.204th/E.205th) Funny, growing up, my grandmother lived at 3012 Grand Concourse. They bought their home for $7500 :-) Who knew!

Well I would say "it's a bargain at 10x the price", oh wait, it is 10x the price. $75K in NYC...still a bargain! Grand Concourse will definitely have another heyday!
