Discussion about 30 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village
I am interested in apartment 10K, I like the size of the rooms, overall layout and low maintanance. I am not familiar with this building and would appreciate any information. Also do you think the $1.45 price is reasonable?

Isn't this already in contract now? Or someone backed out? Hard to tell on the PSF since the listing doesn't have the size. But looks beautifully renovated.

My mistake. 24 5th Avenue used to be a hotel.
