295 Greenwich

Probably need to revise my opinion, went to a couple more open houses at 295 Greenwich. The layouts aren't that bad with a 2nd/3rd look, and the location is phenomenal. PS234 and Whole Foods across the street, a few blocks north and you've got some of the best restaurants in Manhattan. Subways are extremely accessible (Yellow, Red, Blue, Green lines all within 1-5 min walk)... It's freakin' Tribeca... I guess that's why asking prices are high. Location, location, location, location, and location.

Also, the building, while no amenities, seems to be well-kept and run especially for an older condominium. Not a lot of inventory stock in Tribeca at all, so keeps prices high with all the demand for this area.
