nice apt...i can see it from my window...he is never there and I saw calista once in the nail place downstairs...i believe janet jackson bought the duplex below him, but not sure if she ever moved in...way overpriced...will go for 10-12mm

bought in 2002 for $5.3million, renovated for $250,000 (hard to believe that little though)... wants a pre-tax profit of $10 million, quite aspirational imho.
