On the market 45 Days, thinking about another price drop before the holidays. Where would you like to see this priced.

at $250K you may get a bite. the maintenance is very high for such a small unit. a similar unit on better condition has been on the market for 4 months with no bites. reno will be $50-75K. so the buyer will need close to $200K in liquid to make it liveable.
