Discussion about
3 bedrooms & 3 baths...what am I missing? don't bedrooms have to have non prop-line windows? don't they have to have a window??? to be a bedroom? what's the possibilty of just some professional behavior? You could call it a media room or a crack den...usage dependent http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/194065-condo-400-east-67th-street-lenox-hill-new-york
At least it has two runways.
the LaGuardia of crack dens
the floorplan clearly calls it a "study." Was that worth posting here?
jason
clearly worth posting here.
this is an re chat site and this is clearly listed as a 3 bedroom.
did they loose the RBNY handbook?
this market is soooooooooooo slow I'd post just about anything...look! I'm responding to you!
Let's talk about rainbow thongs instead.
Slow market. In other news, I actually saw a real live bung plug. Three matter of fact with the largest being 3 inches wide. Spinny will you chime in on bung plugs, I know you are an expert.
making wine?
I'd lend you one of mine but, their used.
Was that worth posting here?
Yes -- the listing calls the apartment a three-bedroom. That's not a legal three-bedroom and I hope no one would put their kids in that room.
Whenever I see a broker lie like that about the number of bedrooms, they go on the list of brokers never to use. Thanks to the OP for calling one of them out.
Maybe it can be a 4 bedroom if they enclose the Foyer.
I really dislike it when brokers/sponsors list wrong number of legal bedrooms...doesn't this happen alot with the FiDi buildings that have no legal bedrooms, and they still call it 2 bedrooms?
Also, I dislike it when brokers round up square footage to the nearest hundred. Sometimes they round up to the nearest hundred TWICE!! (An apartment I'm interested in is 1,283 sq ft. The broker listed it as 1,400 sq ft.) Is this breaking some kind of rule? I don't think it should be allowed!!
