Flood/Mold at 20 W. 64th a.k.a. 1 Lincoln Plaza

Does anyone know anything about the giant flood at 1 Lincoln Plaza? We were considering buying there but heard some rumblings in the elevator about a flood and subsequent mold contamination throughout the building. The office was less than forthcoming when we asked about the details, just saying that it had been taken care of. All I know is that the flood started somewhere on the 20-something floor and worked its way down to the bottom of the building. This happened twice in a couple month period and now mold has contaminated the entire building. Fact or fiction? Or a little of both? Any information you guys have would be terrific.
