I have been living at 892 Bergen for a number of months now and love the space, neighborhood, and overall feel of the building. Buying from the Sponsor was seamless, having an on-site super is great, and the management company is responsive. Check this building out, it is worth looking into.

congrats on paying $500 psf for living in crown heights. did they throw in a bullet proof vest with your purchase?
