Saw it a few months ago out of curiosity - it is impeccable renovated and about as adorable a place as you can find in this city, but agreed the pricing is aggressive. I don't think it'll drop to $800k - at that price, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat, and being the cheap person I am, I'm sure someone else would have jumped on it at a higher price point. Here's hoping you're right though :)

Of course the real issue is that Broker #2 bought it in 2007 for $1.1M, and renovated. It's hard to take a loss, so I'd be surprised if it sold at all.
