Good buildings in Riverdale?

I've started to search for 2BR apts. in the Riverdale/Spuyten Duyvill area in the the 250-300k range. There seems to be decent supply in that price range and there are about 8-10 buildings that commonly appear. I'm wondering if any forum participants had any insights about good buildings (or buildings to avoid) in Riverdale. Thanks in advance.
