thanks for the link. we have looked at houses that were close to the village, and anything that is renovated was atleast a million (for about 1500 sq feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bath). this was too small for us. for the same price, you get a lot more house (atleast 2500 sq feet, 4 bed, 3 bath) in NW and Springs.
