Hello all, Does anyone know why this co-op is quite cheap? It comes around $510 per ft² which is very low imho. I am quite newbie around here so I'd appreciate any directions, advices and opinions. it's a land lease building (coop does not own the land it sits on). use the discussion search function. lots of prior discussion.
