http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-12-08/toll-brothers-ceo-sees-nascent-rebound-in-u-s-home-sales-as-worst-over.html Toll Brothers, based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, is seeing more “quality” visitors at its sales offices, a sign that buyers are less skittish about the market and more serious about making purchases, Yearley said. "More Quality" lol. "No Stan that couple is of lesser quality. They just don't know it"
How did I know - HE'S BACK!
?? I never left.
keeping this an all steve thread - was wondering how "quality" is measured and how do present day visitors differ from those who shopped one year ago? Cleanly shaven? Late model BMW's? Owners of labradoodles?
You never left? Did you like file a lawsuit to have anybody who disagreed with you banned?
"quality" -- Oh, seeking a McMansion or being bamboozled by big, glossy brochures denotes "quality". The decline of Western Civilization, which began with the advent of salad bars in the 1970s, continues.....
[as to "keeping this an all steve thread " --can't remember if some steve is one of my pseudonyms, but maybe]
where have I heard this before?
Quality buyer?
I'm not made in China but if you are what you eat...
I would assume that a 'quality' visitor would entail one who is better financially qualified to make a purchase.
