How to find a classic loft for rent in WB?

Is it possible? I am not really interested in any new build imitations-- I'd rather be in a 'real' exposed brick salvage space. Do these actually exist anymore? And if they do at all, do they ever get rented out? How would I best go about finding one if so? I would like to avoid using a broker if at all possible.
