Discussion about 159 East 30th Street in Kips Bay
Anyone have the skinny on this building? Common charges seem a bit high. The area is nice, but anything good / bad specific to this building? Financial condition of the HOA, noise / traffic, etc.? Thanks in advance.

I'd also be curious about this - seems like a good block in a weak area. anybody know this building?
