Discussion about
Does anyone have any feedback on the Dillon? Why has this building not filled out?

Closings didn't start until October. There're a few December closings not showing on SE yet.

Beats me. 83 units, of which 12 or 13 have closed. It'll probably go in dribs and drabs, like the rest of the new condos.

What do you think of that area? You think the rest of the building will fill out?

It'll all pan out eventually, I guess. I'd worry about how they're going to keep all those glass walls clean, but that's the least of the potential problems in any new building.

Ha! I assumed it was covered in the maintenance fee.

What do think of the area? Building?

Would like to know what ppl think of this lowrise. I thought layouts were decent but finishes a bit on the cheap side. Also didn't like the individual AC units in each apartment, definitely pointing to a desire to build on the cheap. Thoughts anyone ?

I lived right by there for a while. That street is actually pretty quiet. Area is not as trendy as others, but it is convenient to everything and being over on 9th (I think) is better than being further west - more restaurants, bars, stores so feels more like a neighborhood than further west where there are a lot more high rises and tourists.
