with a family and year-round, sag. it has a real village and local population and is more concentrated.

My house is in a neighborhood filled with "locals." They can all go jump in the bay for all I care. They're surly, nasty, entitled, unfriendly, xenophobic and offensively harsh on the eyes and ears. Let me put it this way- they give Long Islanders a bad name.

all the locals are nice to me. it's the new yorkers that are annoying.

Sag Harbor is great and many areas are 1/2 locals half Nyers for a nice mix. I happen to be seeling a home in a great family neighborhood. I am a broker but it is my personal home. I have relocated and have rented it recently. Reduced $300,000 and now $975,000. FYI it's 3500 sq foot all newly renovated 4 bedroom 5 high end baths an additional huge den and second living room. It has recently been a celebrity rentalby Alex Mc Cord and Family of the Real Housewives of NY, who rented from my many times this summer at this home and another I own with m sister.see www.31islandview.com
If interested call me at 516 729-6729.
