Not really 2500 square feet and not renovated as well..Apartments were combined to destabilize the apartments with no actual renovation done..Landlord is unreasonable and does not rent to you even if you may be more than qualified as well..

how do you know that the landlord won't rent to you if you aren't actually qualified chuk? did you apply for and make an offer on the apartment?
