Sorry guy but I took the risk so why should I fork over 30k to you? To fund your lifestyle? I don't think so... I will sell using ASSISTED FSBO with Tom Dmesker @Demsker Realty. I will sell myself with Tom's help(listing w SE/NYT plus an hour on Sunday doing open houses) and save myself 30k on a 500k studio.
brokers were necessary to push the bubble. Now, not so necessary.
"I also start looking at my assistant differently. She makes $900 a week so if I’m not getting paid for 100 days that’s like $9,000-$10,000 she’s getting paid. It starts to make me mad."
Apparently, the assistant works a ten-day week. So the problem doesn't seem to be a lack of effort on HER part.
No big deal, just broker math.
The broker math is quite funny, but the killer line for me: "I look at different motivational speakers on Twitter." Broker philosophy to go.

This guy is a maroon and a buffoon. How could anyone fork over 6%(I know 3%/3%) to this guy is unbelievable!
steve, you did when you bought your 500k studio
Always Be Closing is a good reminder that a smarter broker is less focused on price than the buyer or seller.
