Just wondering what everyone thinks of the flatbush/ ditmas park area. I hear its up and coming and my buddy who moved there said its great with a nearby train station, restaurants and Flatbush ave for shopping. I was thinking about moving there but the cheapest rent I could find is by flatbush ave for $900
