HI folks, Does anyone have information about the land lease on this building? I was under the impression that it's due to expire soon. Thanks,

It expires in 2021. There's no Memorandum of Lease filed with the city, so can't tell the terms.

The building's landmarked. That limits the land's value and what the landlord can do.

So maybe not as bad a story as, say, a six-story placeholder building on an avenue in Manhattan, where the landlord would sell to a developer for a high-rise when lease is up.
