i am disappointed there were not 100 threads on this.
last year was much more entertaining

The $200-250 was one doorman among the many interviewed. $100 more usual in Manhattan. Less in huge buildings, more in smaller.

They don't seem to get all het up over who gives what, and take it all in stride. Even the guy who got only a plate of Rice Krispies Treats.
