this would've been my 2nd choice if i didnt choose be@schermerhorn.

i think its a good value. the maintenance is high but its reflected in the prices. great location

I'm curious as to why this seems like a noticeably better value than several buildings in very nearby Brooklyn Heights. The building is aesthetic, the lobby is great, the hallways are clean and don't smell funny, etc. Is it because it's technically on the other side of Court Street from BK Heights so technically it doesn't have that cache? Possibly more traffic on the street?
