This apartment needs a new kitchen, bathroom, wood floor, and significant patch work (new sheet rock) on all walls ... Most buyers would probably want to update the loft space and have the electrical system updated too - Also, keep in mind the maintenance is very high on this unit whereas the heat and hot water are running off electric not gas/boiler.
