This isn't seasonally adjusted but does point out that things are much better in Manhattan than elsehwere nationally. but if we are moving to 500 sq ft, shouldnt this number be going the other way? why has it been going up every month for the past year and a half. go ahead genius, explain please !!!

haha. i meant $500 per sq foot that w67th keeps preaching. he is hoping to finally be able to move his wife and kids out of that alcove studio on west 67th. its small, but has great view of the park.
